Welcome to PACU, Yesenia Maldonado

Yesenia Maldonado has joined PACU as a Member Relationship Team (MRT) Representative assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs; explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems, and directing members to the appropriate contacts within the Credit Union.

Yesenia will be working from our Advantage Way branch in Winston-Salem.

“I love the environment and everyone is so welcoming. I’m glad to be a part of the PACU team,” Yesenia said.

Yesenia has more than five years of experience in customer service, in both food & service and retail industries.
