Tiffany has worked in customer service for roughly 10 years from call center experience, retail, and then her favorite... banking!

Tiffany is very much a people person and no matter what life sends her way, she loves being able to smile and uplift someone else.

PACU is happy to announce that Jordan Johnson has joined our Member Relationship Team as a Member Service Representative!

Jordan, most recently, was the manager assistant for the Appalachian State University Track & Field team. He graduated from Appalachian State University with a major in communication studies and a minor in leadership studies.

Jordan was also a student athlete on the track team during his time at Appalachian. He can be found doing something adventurous or participating in some kind of sport in his spare time.

Join us in welcoming Karla Castillejia to Piedmont Advantage Credit Union! Karla brings 7 years of experience in customer service to PACU.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and reading novels. She is also currently learning to play the cello.
