In honor of Customer Service Week, Piedmont Advantage Credit Union shines a spotlight on its Member Relationship Team (MRT), a centralized division of the organization that handles inbound calls from members and prospects and online banking chats.
At Piedmont Advantage Credit Union, we strive to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with our members. Our MRT is at the heart of this commitment, and we couldn't be prouder of this team’s strong work-ethic and collaborative spirit.
Composed of 12 talented MRT representatives, our MRT brings together a diverse range of expertise and experiences. Each day, they collaborate to learn from each other then get to work in delivering exceptional service in hopes of exceeding members' expectations every step of the way.
For example, our MRT representatives are a calming voice when members need assistance with their accounts, payment cards or guidance with various financial challenges, like fraud attempts. They also provide guidance and technical support; and if they are unable to do so, they connect the member with the appropriate in-house subject matter expert.
Their problem-solving approach to member services hasn’t gone unnoticed. The team was voted by its peers earlier this year as the first recipient of the Piedmont Advantage Credit Union Branch of the Year! This recognition is a testament to their unwavering commitment to deliver exceptional service.
